Settlement Calculator

This program will calculate the monthly and weekly settlement figure of any loan using the Actuarial method as required by the (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004 in the UK. This formula assumes all payments are made according to the contract.

Loan Calculator

This program will calculate the monthly and weekly instalments and APR of any loan by inputting the loan amount and flat rate of interest. The first instalment is typically used for a document fee and the last field for an option fee.

MPR/APR

This utility will convert an APR (Annual Percentage Rate) to a MPR (Monthly Period Rate) and also from MPR to an APR. The MPR are typically used on credit cards etc. This utility is useful for comparing different rates. It also has a monthly interest calculator
